Jacob Bergqvist descends from Arendt Grape .... Jacob's father was Lars Henrik Larsson Bergqvist born in 1795, son of Lars Larsson born 1746, son of Lars Jacobsson born 1705, son of Clara Renmark born about 1666, daughter of Margareta Grape born 1642, daughter of Arendt Grape.  Arendt Grape was born in 1612 in Lubeck and died in 1687 in Arma Saari Village today that place is associated with Overtornea Sweden and Ylitornio Finland which were at one time one village which has recently been divided by the border between Sweden and Finland.  There is a monument to Arendt Grape founder of the Iron Works at Kengis Bruk on the Tornea River near Pajala. Arendt Grape's wife was Clara Johansdotter Reuter. Below is a photo of the monument.
